Today offers a meaningful moment to pause, look back on the journey we have traveled so far, and prepare our next steps with even greater purpose and resilience.

Day 1 of the Capacity Building and Induction Program for the teachers and staff of IIS PSM Kediri began with a morning assembly and joint physical exercise. This warm-up activity was not just about staying fit—it was designed to ignite positive energy, strengthen camaraderie, and foster a shared spirit of growth as a unified team.

The journey continued into a deep reflection and evaluation session reviewing our school programs throughout Term 1. This was more than just assessing what had been accomplished; it was a heart-centered process of learning from every experience, celebrating the good seeds that have begun to bloom, and collaboratively identifying areas where we can continuously improve.
