Bridging Technology and Pedagogy: Day 2 Capacity Building & Induction Program 💻✨

Day 2 of our Capacity Building and Induction Program invited us to take a deeper step in redefining technology’s role within the learning process. Through an engaging interactive workshop titled “From Interactive Screen to Meaningful Learning” with Bu @ekanurvianafatma, we were reminded that technology is never the ultimate goal—it is a bridge to foster interactive, meaningful, and child-centered learning experiences.

As educational tools become increasingly sophisticated, true learning must still touch a child’s natural curiosity, critical thinking, and lived experiences. At IIS PSM Kediri, we believe that the true power of technology lies not in its advanced features or gadgets, but in how dedicated teachers harness it to unlock spaces for exploration, collaboration, creativity, and deep reflection.

Beyond mastering digital tools, today was a celebration of an open mindset. The educators of IIS PSM Kediri reaffirmed that being a teacher means never standing still—it means continuously growing, experimenting with confidence, and boldly renewing how we learn alongside our students.
